Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and ensure that the applications developed align with the overall business strategy. Your role will also include testing and validating applications to ensure they meet the defined requirements, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in the development process.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and implement application features that enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with security protocols and best practices in application development.
• Familiarity with user access management and role-based security configurations.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM Security. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
