Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. Preferred experience includes at least five years in Microsoft Azure Databricks. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, iterating on application designs, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer navigates through complex challenges to deliver effective software solutions that support business operations seamlessly.

Roles & responsibilities include being an SME, collaborating and managing the team, engaging with multiple teams and contributing on key decisions, providing solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams, leading efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality, mentoring junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth, and coordinating cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms, strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks, ability to design scalable and efficient data pipelines, familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows, and knowledge of data security and compliance best practices in cloud environments.
