Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Membership Administration by converting prioritized business demand into deployable analytics solutions. This role requires strong hands-on SQL development capability, Alteryx Workflow development, Strong experience in data transformation, validation, and the ability to deliver high-quality analytics solutions with minimal errors and zero outages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver applications, dashboards, scorecards, extracts, and curated data views supporting: (Eligibility & Enrollment, Billing & Delinquency, Customer & Contracts and Customer Service)
• Build efficient workflows that empower analysts to effectively consume and use data.
• Develop data visualizations and implement data movement and transformation processes using appropriate tools and technologies, balancing performance and cost objectives.
• Execute critical business reports and submit outputs to downstream consumers on time.
• Triage production errors, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes with a development-first mindset.
• Perform hands-on SQL development, including query optimization and validation.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions meet business needs and quality standards.

Required Skills:

• SQL (Must Have) – strong hands-on development and troubleshooting experience.
• Alteryx (Must Have) – workflow development, enhancement, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong experience in data transformation, validation, and analytics delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience in Databricks
• Ability to independently troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes efficiently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Python knowledge for analytics or automation use cases.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with Data Migration and Server Migration activities.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-dependency environments with strict delivery timelines.
