Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development activities with business goals and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in DevOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud service providers and their deployment models.
