Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Must have skills:

• JavaServer Pages (JSP)

Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education. Strong proficiency in Java 8. Hands-on experience with JSP. Good understanding of UML and object-oriented design principles. Experience working with XML. Solid knowledge of JavaScript. Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS. Familiarity with version control tools GIT. Understanding of web application architecture. Familiarity with MVC concepts. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Exposure to databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) Analytical Skills: Identify components impacted and changes required. Example UI-only changes, API contract changes, cross-application updates. Navigation flow (Ex Component, Service, API, 1 Store, UI). Error/Failure handling (Positive, Negative, boundary scenarios). Desired Leadership skills UML, Seq dia, component. Desired Leadership skills Planning, coordination & escalation. Open mind to learn new technologies and coach team. Support people hiring.
