Build AI native, HANA optimized SAP applications and extensions by combining deep ABAP on HANA engineering with agentic AI patterns (LLMs + tools + retrieval + evaluation). The role focuses on delivering high performance, cloud ready, production-grade solutions using HANA pushdown principles, modern ABAP, and governed AI capabilities that can reason, retrieve context, and assist or act within enterprise SAP workflows—without training foundation models from scratch.

Primary Skills (AI Native Must Have):
- Strong hands on expertise in ABAP Development on HANA (performance tuning, pushdown, efficient SQL access patterns)
- Proficiency with CDS views and modern data modeling practices (associations, annotations, authorization concepts)
- Experience with AMDP / SQLScript for performance critical scenarios and controlled code pushdown
- Solid software engineering discipline: clean design, testing mindset, CI/CD orientation, and production readiness
- AI native build capability: LLM integration, retrieval grounding, tool orchestration, evaluation loops, and safety boundaries
