As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications you build align with the overall business objectives and user needs.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Strong understanding of Apex programming language and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to implement and customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development is required. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
