Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Drive innovation by researching and integrating new technologies that align with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Connected Vehicles.
• Experience with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party services.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software for performance and scalability.
