Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Educational qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure that the applications function as intended, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Configure HxGN EAM to meet business requirements. Customize and optimize the system for maintenance planning, work order management, asset management, and associated processes. Develop and implement Custom Flex Business Rules, EF Script to meet the business requirement. Analyze current maintenance processes and suggest improvements, aligning them with HxGN EAM capabilities. Implement best practices for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and asset lifecycle management. Hands on experience of design and execution of Asset hierarchy, asset nomenclature, Functional location, asset analytics, asset residual life and asset retirement activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams (such as procurement, finance, and logistics) to ensure seamless integration of EAM and external systems. Work independently on defining solution for complex projects or contribute to solution of a program.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must have Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Asset Management projects. Experience in implementing at least one End to End Implementation Project. Minimum one EAM migration Project. 4+ years of experience in designing Flex Business Rules. 1+ years of hands on experience of working in Asset Management with advanced knowledge of enterprise or application systems (at least one of the following systems (EAM Web Services, GIS, Databridge Integration). Good to have Experience in Extensibility Framework based custom development. Knowledge of JavaScript and Python Language programming will be preferred.
