Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning is required. Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management is required. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve overall performance and user experience. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Talent Management and Workday Learning.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules.
• Familiarity with data migration processes and tools.
