As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the overall business objectives and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
