Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avanade Scrum Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of agile project management principles and practices.
• Experience in coordinating software development cycles and sprint planning.
• Ability to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in risk management and issue resolution within project environments.
• Competence in tracking project progress and delivering status reports to leadership.
