Minimum 5 years of experience is required.

15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and ensure that the software solutions are aligned with best practices and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior team members to help them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Multiplatform Front End Development React.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with React Native, React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Experience in developing responsive and adaptive user interfaces.
