Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering efficient and effective business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application designs and configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience in designing and implementing data workflows and mappings.
• Ability to optimize and tune data integration jobs for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with database technologies and SQL scripting to support integration tasks.
• Capability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to data integration.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is required. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
