Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and data modeling techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integrating Microsoft SQL Server with various application frameworks and tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
