As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in transforming business objectives into functional software components that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and debugging.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application designs and configurations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of best practices in application security and performance optimization.
