Custom Software Engineer

Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software environment.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience. Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Plus. Strong understanding of integration patterns and middleware technologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based application development and deployment. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS). This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
