Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the software you develop is scalable and performs efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software products, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
• Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with database management systems and writing efficient queries.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
