Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex software components to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software architecture with business strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• In-depth understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Salesforce with external systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, performant software.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
