Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members, applying your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for guiding the team in best practices and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
• Strong understanding of Apex programming and Visualforce pages.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Ability to design and implement custom Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
