We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Project Management exposure to support initiatives within the Wealth Management domain. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing requirements, supporting project delivery, and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Analysis Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Wealth Management products (Investments, Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk Profiling, etc.). Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and gap analysis documents. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors. Support UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, and business sign-off. Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
Project Management Support Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution across multiple initiatives. Monitor project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations. Support change management and release planning activities.
Professional & Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Wealth Management operations, including: Client onboarding & KYC Portfolio construction & performance reporting Asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Alternatives) Advisory & discretionary services Work closely with business users to optimize processes and enhance client experience.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Wealth Management or BFSI. Hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid). Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint. Good understanding of SDLC and UAT processes. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks. Knowledge of regulatory standards (SEBI, MiFID, or equivalent). Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM is a plus. Experience working with global stakeholders.
