Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: OpenText Documentum. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through complex challenges and driving the successful delivery of solutions. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, along with continuous evaluation and refinement of the software to align with evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the integration of new features and enhancements to ensure seamless functionality.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
• Strong knowledge of content management systems and enterprise document management solutions.
• Experience in application design, development, and configuration within complex software environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to document management platforms.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
