Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC is required. Minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC is required. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize iterative development and adaptability, ensuring that the software meets evolving business requirements. Your work focuses on delivering efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals, often involving coordination with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and optimize existing functionalities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document development processes and code changes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database design and querying using SQL.
• Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
