Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within software development projects.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Linux, Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT).
• Strong understanding of message-oriented middleware and enterprise messaging patterns.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable messaging solutions.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and performance tuning of messaging systems.
• Ability to work with integration frameworks and middleware technologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
