• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong experience in database design, development, and optimization.
• Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support application requirements.
• Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting of database systems.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, and security best practices for database environments.
• Knowledge of integration techniques between databases and custom software applications.
