Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions are tailored effectively to the requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress on projects.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile Program Management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Program Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
