As a Custom Software Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also troubleshooting any issues that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to balance technical tasks with team management, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess recruitment metrics.
• Ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
