Agile Project Management

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and project progress.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

- Continuously evaluate and improve software performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must to have skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to apply them effectively in software development projects.

- Experience in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables within an agile framework.

- Ability to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.

- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Capability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
