Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.
• Good To Have Skills: Agile Requirement Management, Agent Development.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and automation tools to streamline application maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation frameworks to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Ability to analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
