As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to create scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific requirements. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software developed aligns with the overall business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Familiarity with various software development tools and frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• This position is based in Pune.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
