Minimum 3 years of experience in Python is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and adaptable software design, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience with object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery cycles.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
