Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, continuously improving software performance and adapting solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
• Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining complex software components to ensure reliability and efficiency.
