The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, adapting to evolving business requirements and contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have COBOL+ Payments/Cards knowledge.
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and their integration with modern software frameworks.
• Experience in designing, coding, and debugging complex software components within large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative software delivery processes.
• Ability to analyze and optimize software performance to meet business requirements.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless software integration and deployment.
