Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various business functions and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and adapting configurations to meet evolving business demands, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the existing technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise software environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability.
• Familiarity with integration methods and data flow between various utility management systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
