Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Intelligent Automation solutions across cloud (Azure) and AI/ML platforms.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application architecture, leading the design and implementation of architectural changes and innovations.
• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities where automation delivers business impact.
• Provide technical governance and best practices for automation pipelines, data flows, and API integrations.
• Drive reusability by developing automation frameworks, reusable ML components, and reference architectures.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance of automation solutions deployed in Azure environments.
• Mentor development teams on AI/ML, Azure cloud-native services, and automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services, particularly in Azure.
• Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technology including SQL DB and cloud architecture best practices.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering solutions with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Data Factory, Logic Apps).
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, microservices, APIs, Terraform and data pipelines.
• Ability to assess and recommend improvements in application performance and scalability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and services.
• Experience with AI model lifecycle management, from development to deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and AI-specific data architectures.
• Ability to assess AI workloads for performance, security, and architectural alignment.
• Awareness of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks.
• Good to have experience in working with Amethyst Studio
