A Software engineering role focused on developing solutions within the SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) and Financial Services Data Management (FSDM) platforms, with Financial Services background, ideally in Capital Markets. This role involves designing, building, and integrating software components for these components, working with global teams to deliver applications that handle complex financial data and adhere to standards like IFRS 9 and IFRS 17. You will engage with various teams to facilitate smooth integration and deployment of software solutions, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and Build Components: Develop critical software components for solutions within SAP FPSL and FSDM.
• Data Management: Work with data sourcing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to manage financial data effectively.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure financial reporting and accounting processes meet stringent standards, such as IFRS 9 and IFRS 17.
• Agile Development: Participate in agile development teams to deliver modern microservice-based applications.
• Collaboration: Work with global teams of analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure the SAP FPSL for banking applications

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP Fioneer FSDM and FPSL. Must have domain knowledge like understanding of financial services, data management, and accounting principles is beneficial.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Software Configuration Management (SCM). Experience with the full software development lifecycle, particularly using agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in customizing software solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, including presentations and technical writing.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL). This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
