Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day will involve designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role will be pivotal in translating business challenges into effective software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the existing technology landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet business requirements.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and ability to optimize code for performance on HANA platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP environments effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Capability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
