Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Define and drive the overall technical architecture of enterprise-grade Java applications deployed on Microsoft Azure.
- Lead end-to-end solution design including application, data, integration, and deployment architecture.
- Architect microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, Maven/Gradle.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, 12-factor app principles, and event-driven design.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
