Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern development frameworks.
• Ability to work effectively within agile development environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
• Familiarity with integrating custom components into cloud-based platforms and ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
