• Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
• Strong expertise in software design principles and development lifecycle management.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software performance.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
