Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the team in implementing best practices for SAP Payment Engine (FS-PE).
• Provide technical guidance and support for SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP Payment Engine (FS-PE), SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems.
• Experience in leading and managing application development projects.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and design principles.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
