Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Minimum 5 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

As a Technical Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Medidata expertise, you will drive delivery excellence across clinical technology implementations within the Life Sciences domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business and clinical trial requirements, support Medidata platform implementations, and ensure best practices in delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and help deliver scalable and compliant solutions for clinical trials.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as an SME for Medidata platform implementations and support activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and clients to gather and analyze requirements related to clinical trial systems.
• Support implementation, configuration, integration, or enhancement of Medidata solutions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have: Experience with Medidata platform (Rave, CTMS, or related clinical systems).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, Life Sciences R&D, and clinical data management.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and methodologies.
• Experience in project management within the life sciences sector.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools relevant to life sciences research.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in Life Sciences / Clinical Systems / Medidata platforms. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
