Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software design and development.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum.
• Experience in application design, development, and configuration using OpenText Documentum.
• Strong understanding of content management systems and enterprise document management solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to document management applications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs relevant to OpenText Documentum environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText Documentum.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
