As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with business goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to improve efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Strong experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Oracle Application Express.
• Ability to customize and extend application functionality to meet complex business requirements.
• Familiarity with database design, SQL, and PL/SQL programming to support application development.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Capability to work with version control systems and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
