As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile methodologies to create innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also include problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets quality standards and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
