Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required.

A typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday is often spent collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, functional applications are central to daily activities in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration processes.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
