As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of software development with project goals and timelines.
• Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Connected Vehicles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to connected vehicle technologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
• Familiarity with system integration and testing practices within automotive or connected systems.
• Problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges in dynamic environments.
