Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills: Apache Spark. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative Java-based solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME in Java and Apache Spark.
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Provide technical solutions to complex work-related problems.
• Assist in documenting application processes and workflows.
• Engage in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Apache Spark with Java.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, object-oriented design, and best practices.
• Experience in developing data processing and ETL pipelines using Java and Spark.
• Familiarity with distributed computing and performance optimization in Java-based Spark applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Java applications for performance and scalability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and related services used for Java-based application development.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Apache Spark with Java. This position is based at our Mumbai office. 15 years of full-time education is required.
