Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software components.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect diverse systems effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
