As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports specific business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software elements to meet evolving needs and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and performance.
• Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion.
• Experience with cloud migration strategies and data transformation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
